Review of Alpha RTA and Alpha BFT by Ohmega

Now I’m going to tell you about two good tanks, or rather it’s the same tank, but in two versions for 22 and 30 mm. It is called Alpha RTA and Alpha BFT, from Ohmega. The small version is perfect for the average vaper, while the second version is more geared towards vapers who vaporize at huge wattages of over 100 watts.

Externally, both tanks have a very pleasant appearance and practically do not differ in design and have their own elements of appearance, so they can not be called repainted clones of other devices, but not without borrowings. The tanks are available in two colors black and steel. The only difference between them, as I have already mentioned, is the diameter. e-cigarettes online boutique in new zealand Otherwise, they are completely identical in appearance. The tanks are made of stainless steel. I’m not sure of the material the glass is made of, but I’m assuming it’s the now so popular Pyrex. The connector is 510, the pin is made of copper and is adjustable.

When disassembled, the tanks consist of 5 parts: topcap, driptip, glass, shaft and base. You will have no problem taking it apart to flush the parts or replace the glass.

The base of the Velocity tanks. The holes in the racks of the 22mm version are 2mm in diameter, while the 30mm version is 2.5mm. According to the manufacturer’s statement, the 30 mm version is able to cope with 130 watts of power without problems, due to the size of the base and the holes of the liquid supply.

The refill is top-mounted and convenient, there’s nothing to pick on. Access to the refill holes is done by unscrewing the topcap. Filling can be done practically from a bucket. The volume of the 22 mm version is 3 ml, which is generally normal, if we take into account the convenient refilling. The volume of the 30 mm version is 11 ml, and even taking into account the power at which the tank is able to work this is a lot, I think I would have enough liquid for a day and a half or two days. A great competitor to the M1 tank, what else can I say.

The blowing is two large holes, which, alas, are not adjustable, which is strange. This is not very good, because everyone has different preferences and the tank will obviously not please everyone. But if you think about it, there are plenty of examples of devices without airflow adjustment that are raving popular.

To be honest, the 22mm version doesn’t interest me much, as there are plenty of analogs, but I can’t call it bad. But the 30mm version really interests me. It would be very interesting to hold it in my hands and try it out. The base is convenient, it is undeniable, refilling is also convenient. The only picky thing is the airflow, it is unknown whether you will like it or not, let’s call it a cat in the bag. The price is very nice, for 22 mm version abroad you will give about 27 dollars, for the 30 mm version 37 dollars. Not a lot, not a little, but quite an adequate price.
