Appearance and Design

If a vaper is looking for a classic version of the drip design, the Mutant RDA is a bit out of this series. The reason for this is quite original shape of the dome of the drip, which looks more like a truncated cone, looking original and non-standard. But the Mutant RDA was originally designed with the idea of installing two builds vertically. Especially for this purpose, a special base design was developed, which is two racks with holes located in them for the legs of the spirals. To install the spirals it is necessary to bend the legs to place them in the holes, in which the clamp is made horizontally using hexagonal screws. At first glance it may seem that the installation will cause a lot of questions, but in fact there is nothing complicated.

No less interesting is the implementation of laying the absorbent cotton, as the manufacturer assumes that it will be put in one whole piece through both spirals in the form of an inverted letter U. Of course, you can’t use wads of absorbent cotton like Muji or Puff because they don’t have big length, but the traditional Bacon or Vapor Storm variants are a good choice. An important feature of this design is that in the middle of the vape there is a significantly protruding tube that allows you to wet the absorbent cotton when using the squonk pin. The vat is not the smallest 1.2 ml, so after two or three puffs you won’t have to pump the vape.

The blowing system deserves special attention, where you have to rotate the central skirt of the vape to select one of the four types of holes. The vaper can use rows of standard round holes, as well as more original variants in the form of horizontal or slanted slots. It is hard to say how this will affect the blowing, but the vaper has the opportunity to choose the best option for themselves.

It is impossible to definitely say that Vandy Vape Mutant RDA is a revolution in the world of vaping. Rather, it’s just a slightly unconventional drip with an original design, which will appeal to vapers looking for something new, but at the same time it will allow a slightly different way to reveal the taste of the usual liquids.
